Shipping
All orders will be shipped out from Singapore. Orders (apart from Corporate Bulk Orders) are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 2 business days.
Domestic
Regular Shipping. Orders with delivery locations within Singapore will be sent out via local courier, and it takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. Free shipping for deliveries within Singapore.
Self Pick-Up. During checkout you can opt for self pick-up, which can be collected on the same day. Please make an appointment with us for self pick-up by emailing us or WhatsApp us with your order number. We are located at 11 Kallang Place #05-06 Singapore 339155 and operate on Mon-Fri, 12pm-7pm.
International
For overseas customers, we ship your order from Singapore via DHL Express. This will typically take 7 working days, depending on the country you are based in. Below is the shipping rate charges based on the delivery location. We provide Free international shipping with orders above US$200 (or its equivalent currency).

We adopt the Delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping model. During the check-out process, any import costs that might be payable when goods cross borders, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees will be automatically calculated in order to avoid any shipping delays. International customers do not need to additional pay these fees to your local customs office.
