Off-Site Personalisation

Create that personal touch for your customers even during off-event days. Our off-site personalisation service is designed to cater to your personalisation requests without being physically present at your event. Send your leather gifts to us and our Artisans will process them in our studio with a quick turnaround.

What types of leather products can be personalised?

We offer personalization services for a wide range of small leather products, including wallets, belts, keychains, journals, and more. If you have bigger items like bags, it may work on a case-by-case basis.

How does the personalisation process work?

Our personalisation process uses the hot-stamping (embossing / debossing) method where individual alphabet blocks are heated up before making the imprint onto the leather product. This can be done with different colored foil (e.g. gold/silver).

Can I use my own leather products instead of purchasing from you?

Yes, we can personalise on your own products, if the material is suitable and the item fits within our machine. Do send us an enquiry with a photo of the item and we will be able to assess accordingly.


Can I choose the font and style for personalisation?

Absolutely! We offer a selection of fonts and styles for personalisation. Please refer to our Personalisation page for the available options

How long does the personalisation process take?

The time required depends on the complexity of the design and the number of characters involved. Typically, we take ~1-3mins per item. (approx 100pcs per 3 hours per booth)

Do you offer customisation options besides initials or

Yes! We can incorporate custom designs, logos, or special messages onto the leather products. Share your ideas with us, and we'll work together to bring them tolife.


What do you require us to prepare on-site?

We will work according to the space that you can provide us on site. Typically, a standard table size of 100cm x 60xm is sufficient. We will also require an electrical outlet for our machine.

Can I hire more than one embossing station?

Absolutely. We are able to cater to multiple stations for your event and have served large scale conferences where we expected over 1,000 participants in a day.

What is included in your rates?

Our on-site embossing rates are charged per booth per hour. Each booth will come with one Leather Artisan. In addition, we provide a complimentary artisanal set-up (if space allows) where we showcase unique tools and exotic leather, creating an eye-catching display to keep your guests engaged.



How does your off-site embossing service work?

You can provide us with the personalisation details and we will process them at our
workshop. You can then choose to self-collect or have us deliver it to you.

How long does the off-site personalisation process take?

This depends on the quantity required. We typically take 2-3 days to process it at our workshop. Do contact us if you have any urgent requests.

The price depends on the quantity of required. We will provide you with a quote based on your specific requirements.
