What types of leather do you provide?
All our leather gifts are made with high quality leather, in a wide range of textures (e.g. Saffiano, Epsom, Nappa etc.)
If you are looking for sustainable/vegan friendly options, we are able to source for such leather materials as well.
What leather colors are available?
We offer a wide range of leather colors to choose from. We understand the importance of matching your company’s branding or event theme. Our team can source the necessary leather colors based on your preferences and requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customised leather gifts?
The MOQ for our corporate leather gifts depends on the specific product and customisation requirements and is typically at 100pcs for small leather goods.
We do also keep ready stock for certain standard products (e.g. lanyards, cardholders, luggage tags etc.) which can be branded for your purposes. MOQs starts from as low as 10pcs.
For products of higher value and complexity, we provide flexibility in our MOQ and will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I see a sample of the leather gift before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can provide you a sample before production. Samples typically takes 2 weeks to complete, and fees may apply.
Can the leather gifts and packaging be branded with our company logo?
Absolutely! We offer customisation options such as embossing your company logo or branding on the leather gifts and packaging. Additional mould fees may apply.
What is the production lead time?
Our standard production lead time typically takes 4-5 weeks upon confirmation of design and materials. If you have an urgent order, we encourage you to contact us directly and our team will do our best to accommodate your request.

Send your leather gifts to us and our Artisans will process them in our studio with a quick turnaround.
FAQ – PERSONALISATION
What do you require us to prepare on-site?
We will work according to the space that you can provide us on site. Typically, a standard table size of 100cm x 60xm is sufficient. We will also require a powerpoint near the station for our machine.
Can I hire more than one embossing station?
Absolutely! We are able to cater to multiple stations for your event and have served large scale conferences where we expected over 1,000 participants in a day. Please contact us and we can provide you with a preferential rate.
What is included in your rates?
Our on-site embossing rates are charged per booth per hour. Each booth will come with one Leather Artisan. In addition, we provide a complimentary artisanal set-up (if space allows) where we showcase unique tools and exotic leather, creating an eye-catching display to keep your guests engaged.
How does your off-site embossing service work?
You can provide us with the personalisation details and our leather artisans will process them at our workshop. You can then choose to self-collect or have us deliver it to you.
How long does the off-site personalisation process take?
This depends on the quantity. We typically take 2-3 days to process it at our workshop. Do contact us if you have any urgent requests.
What are the pricing details for off-site personalisation?
The pricing for personalisation depends on the quantity of required. We will provide you with a quote based on your specific requirements.
How long does the personalisation process take?
The time required for personalisation depends on the complexity of the design and the number of characters involved. Typically, we take about 1-3mins per item (approx. 100pcs per 3 hours per booth)
Can I choose the font and style for personalisation?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of fonts and styles for personalisation. Please refer to our Personalisation page for the available options
Do you offer customisation options besides initials or names?
Yes! In addition to initials and names, we can also incorporate custom designs, logos, or special messages onto the leather products. Share your ideas with us, and we’ll work together to bring them to life.
How does the personalisation process work?
Our personalisation process uses the hot-stamping (embossing/debossing) method where individual alphabet blocks are heated up before making the imprint onto the leather product. This can be done with different colored foil (e.g. gold/silver).
What types of leather products can be personalised?
We offer personalisation services for a wide range of small leather products, including wallets, belts, keychains, journals, and more. If you have bigger items like bags, it may work on a case-by-case basis. Send us a photo of the item and our Artisans will be able to provide you with a preliminary assessment.
CORPORATE LEATHERCRAFTING WORKSHOP
Learn a new skill and foster cohesion amongst your team. Our leathercrafting workshop is a popular activity for corporate retreats / team building activity as it is a fun and fulfilling process to create your very own leather project.
You do not need any prior experience as our experienced leather artisans will guide you every step of the way.
The workshop can also be conducted either at our studio or at your desired location (e.g. your office or pre-booked function area). Our catering partner is also readily available should you require food and beverages.
